Right of withdrawal Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, without giving any reason.

How to return To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at pureglow.assistencie@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Conditions for return

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must not be damaged by the customer

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at pureglow.assistencie@gmail.com with a photo of the product. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned unless they are defective.
